Our sugar cookies have at least 8 weeks shelf life (if stored in their heat sealed packaging) and are best consumed within 4-6 weeks for optimal freshness.

Our sugar cookies are packaged in environmentally friendly compostible bags - free from plastic! Each individual cookie is packaged in a clear compostabile plastic bag which is heat sealed for freshness. Our cookies are then placed into one of our custom designed compostable mailer boxes. Our HERO packaging pink mailer bags are also compostable.

Our sugar cookies are best kept at room temperature in an air tight container. If the weather is hot or humid we reccommend for someone to be at home/work to receive the cookies. DO NOT store your sugar cookies in the fridge, they will go soggy! Our cookies keep well for 8 weeks if stored in their heat sealed packaging in a cool, dry place.

We offer personalised gift cards with every order. If you are sending your cookie box as a gift, please ensure you include your name on the message for the card at checkout so the lucky recipient knows who their sweet little surprise is from!

All cookie boxes are sent via Express Post. The shipping price varies based on the number of cookies purchased. Cookie boxes are sent out on the date as requested by you when ordering - please note we can only post the cookie boxes on weekdays and a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. If you are after an urgent order, please feel free to email us at hello@sweetlittleblooms.com.au to see how we can assist you. Please allow 1-2 business days once the cookies have been posted.

Orders are dispatched on the week day selected by you (please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice). Orders then take 1-5 business days to arrive. All orders are sent via Express Post. If you need an order urgently please email us at hello@sweetlittleblooms.com.au and we'll see what we can do! Please note that once your order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver within a reasonable time frame. We cannot take any responsibility for delayed or lost packages.

Yes you can! You will receive a confirmation email from us with your tracking details once your order is shipped. You can copy and paste your tracking details into the couriers tracking section of their website to keep up to date with when your order is being delivered.

This means the courier will leave the box at the front door or in a place deemed safe. Once items are left by the courier, we cannot take any responsibility for parcels that go missing. It is also your responsibility to input the correct address and recipient, we cannot take any responsibility for incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Our Signature/Double Bundles are delivered between 12pm-5pm (Monday - Friday) on the specified delivery date. We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times as our couriers go via the most efficient route on the day, which helps keep the price of our beautiful bundles down. If you have a reasonable time request, please include it in the special delivery instructions section on the order page and we will do our best to accommodate. Please keep in mind that we do multiple deliveries each day.

Yes! We stop taking orders for same day delivery at 12pm Adelaide time, or earlier if we sell out prior. If you miss the deadline, you will be able to place your order to be delivered the next business day.

Yes! You can pre order a Signature/Double Bundle to be delivered one or more days in advance. Please remember we only deliver on weekdays.

If there's nobody home to receive their Signature/Double bundle, we'll do our best to find a discreet and shady spot for them. If you have any special delivery instructions, please let us know on the order page. Please note if our couriers cannot gain access to the property you will be charged a re-delivery fee on another day. No refunds are provided if our couriers cannot gain access to the property.

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your Signature/Double Bundle, it is not delivered as you have specified, or if any unforseen circumstances arise which are the fault of Sweet Little Blooms, we will refund your purchase price if we are unable to arrange re-delivery of your bundle on another day of your choice. No refunds will be given if you provide us with the incorrrect address for delivery or we cannot gain access to the propety.

Flowers are delicate and do need some care! Keep your pretty blooms in a cool spot and away from direct sunlight and change the water (fresh, room temperature water) and re-trim the stems every two days. Flower life can vary, so remove any faded blooms and let your remaining flowers shine! If for any reason (excluding extreme weather) they last less than 3 days or you’re not satisfied with the order, please let us know immediately so that we can do our very best to help.
